Richard Todd attended Munroe College where
he achieved Senior Cambridge following which he pursued several careers before
finding his calling in the construction industry. He has been involved in construction
for over 37 years in Jamaica with small projects in the U.S.A. - Florida, and
the Cayman Islands. He has constructed over 2,000 homes in Kingston and St. Andrew
during his career both as a developer and contractor. Developments completed include
Aylsham, Orange Grove, Waterworks, Landscreek, Norbury Mews, Briarwood and Oliver
Mews to name a few. |

Michael Todd graduated from Florida International
University with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Marketing. With
over eight years experience in Project Management and the managing of a construction
company, he has kept the company on a steady financial path despite a hostile
economic environment affecting the construction industry. His focus has been financial
stability and the continuous positioning of the company to be ready for new projects,
development and growth. He successfully put together several feasibility studies
for potential developments, sourced development financing and taken projects from
the conception stage to completion. |

Andrew
Hill graduated from the University
of Warwick with a Bachelors and Masters
degree in Mechanical Engineering. His
years as an engineering consultant followed
by practical experience in the field
has given him a full appreciation for
both sides of the industry. His background
in engineering design, project management
and contract administration has been
invaluable to the team. His ability
to plan all aspects of a construction
project in advance using the latest
project management tools and software
allows him to efficiently run large
construction projects. |
