Richard Todd attended Munroe College where
he achieved Senior Cambridge following which he pursued several careers before
finding his calling in the construction industry. He has been involved in construction
for over 37 years in Jamaica with small projects in the U.S.A. - Florida, and
the Cayman Islands. He has constructed over 2,000 homes in Kingston and St. Andrew
during his career both as a developer and contractor. Developments completed include
Aylsham, Orange Grove, Waterworks, Landscreek, Norbury Mews, Briarwood and Oliver
Mews to name a few. |

Michael Todd graduated from Florida International
University with a Bachelors Degree in International Business and Marketing. With
over eight years experience in Project Management and the managing of a construction
company, he has kept the company on a steady financial path despite a hostile
economic environment affecting the construction industry. His focus has been financial
stability and the continuous positioning of the company to be ready for new projects,
development and growth. He successfully put together several feasibility studies
for potential developments, sourced development financing and taken projects from
the conception stage to completion. |

Andrew Hill graduated from the University
of the Warwick with a Bachelors and masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
His years as an engineering consultant followed by practical experience in the
field has given him a full appreciation for both sides of the industry. His background
in engineering design, project management and contract administration has been
invaluable to the team. His ability to plan all aspects of a construction project
in advance using the latest project management tools and software allows him to
efficiently run large construction projects. |

Anishka Anderson
Administrative Assistant, has been with Prime since 2006 her tertiary background
in Business Administration and certificate in Project Management from the
Mona School of Business has proven beneficial in our day to day operations.
she has proven herself to be an invaluable member of staff carrying out

Godfrey James had been
involved in the construction industry for the past 14 years with both small
and large scale projects to his credit. He has been a member of the Prime
team since 2006 and his proficiency in Mechanical Engineering, which he studied
at UTech. has been integral to the company's development. He has worked on
several projects including Cargill Avenue and Montcrest Apartments.

Naresh Persaud has been with Prime Development Limited as
a Site Engineer/ Supervisor since 2006. He has a degree in Civil Engineering
from The University of Central Florida. He is a detail oriented and methodical
individual who possesses excellent supervisory skills. Mr. Persaud's abilities
have been valuable in the construction and completion of several projects;
the Port Antonio Courthouse, Heart School of Cosmetology and Montcrest Apartments
to name a few. |

Tara Vincent has been a member of the Prime team since 2004.
She holds the title of Administrative Supervisor. She holds Diplomas in Secondary
Education History and Literature and H. R. Management and is presently pursuing
a degree in Management Studies at U.W.I. Miss Vincent has proven to be an
invaluable asset to the company providing a full understanding of office
procedures, purchasing, and payroll administration. |
