Our core service is that of GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTORS. We are always available for participating in commercial tenders island wide. Although being based in Kingston we have demonstrated our capability for island wide service by recently finishing the Sunset Jamaica Grande Hotel in Ocho Rios.

Residential Tenders
Our company has constructed many upscale residential houses in the Norbrook and Stony Hill areas. We have built on Mr. Richard Todd's reputation of producing top quality houses with a high stand of finishes. For your upscale house contractors we will meet your needs.

Project Negotiations
Negotiating jobs is always a preference as it allows us to agree a construction estimate with the clients. It eliminates the lengthy tender process thus reducing your delay factor, and allows the work to commence once rates have been agreed. This is usually beneficial to the owner in that it allows the project to start immediately, and it is also beneficial to the contractor as it allows us to agree on rates for the job that we are satisfied with.

Project Management
We offer this service to assist the client in organizing, planning, scheduling and implementing the project at hand. This service does not require us (Prime) to be the contractors. We will prepare a 'Project Master Plan' which will include all the known tasks involved in the works from the concept stage, design stage, approval stage, and finally the implementation and completion stage. We will assist in selecting an architect, engineers, and quantity surveyors (if necessary) negotiate their contracts on behalf of the client and thus move forward to the construction phase including going to tender if necessary.

Townhouses Developments
We endeavor to develop our own properties in order to offer the public at large upscale townhouses in a secure gated community.

Apartment Developments
As with the townhouse developments, we endeavour to acquire land and offer the public at large upscale and practical living conditions in a secure gated apartment complex.
