Prime
Development Limited was incorporated
on January 9th, 2001 with the intention
of carrying out residential and commercial
developments, larger negotiated housing
contracts, and commercial tenders/negotiations
as well as to take over the construction
works from Telret Construction Limited
(TCL), an associate company in operation
since 1998, which in its own right completed
many projects over the years. Prime
