Richard Todd Locating and implementing land acquisitions, negotiate land deals, procurement of materials, project consulting, monitoring tradesmen and quality of workmanship, general project strategy, project management and site coordination.
Specal Projects Director
Andrew Hill Project management and scheduling, monitoring technical quality of construction, ensuring accuracy of setting out and construction, review all blueprints for accuracy, detailing project materials required, monitoring tradesmen and quality of work, general planning and construction on all construction sites.
Field Operations Director
Site Operations Manager Project management and scheduling, monitoring technical quality of construction, ensuring accuracy of setting out and construction, review structural designs, detailing projects materials required, monitoring tradesmen and quality of work, general planning and coordination on site.
Field Operations Manager
Supervisors/Foremen Project management, review blueprints for accuracy, review structural designs, monitoring total quality of work for all tradesmen, coordinate day labourers, assist on general planning and coordination. We assess each project independently and assign the required number of supervisors accordingly; each with experience in their allotted task. Assistant supervisors are determined on a job by job basis.
